Image, lasting 13 minutes, opens the Kelemenis & cie program Clins de lune. The choreographer considers Claudine Zimmer as his “dancing twin” because her physical and gestural qualities are so close to his own.

In 1995, for the premiere of the program Mouvement that is entirely devoted to the music of Claude Debussy, the piece was recomposed as a “duet for 4 dancers,” strictly respecting the original writing. The pianist Didier Puntos performed 3 Images for piano, on stage, surrounded by the dancers Elise Olhandeguy, Magali Noiret, Arnaud Cabias and Philippe Combeau.

In 1997, 4 principle dancers from the Ballet de l’Opéra National de Paris dance Image at the gala celebrating the 10th anniversary of Kelemenis & cie at the Festival de Marseille: Kader Belarbi, Wilfrid Romoli, Céline Talon and Delphine Baey… again accompanied by Didier Puntos.

Finally, in a new adaptation for ballet slippers, Image entered the repertoire of the Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève in November 2008.
